We will be arranging bus transportation from the city center of Florence to the venue and back. Busses will pick up passengers a few blocks away from the Florence train station in front of Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore on Via de Vecchietti (at the corner of Via de Vecchietti and Via de’ Cerretani) and will depart for the venue no later than 3:45pm. Please try to arrive by 3:30/3:35 if you plan on utilizing the busses to get to the venue. If you plan on arranging your own transportation, please arrive no later than 4:45pm. Welcome drinks will be served starting at 4:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. After the festivities, we will have busses available to take guests back to Florence in addition to a taxi steward who can help guests call taxis.

The dress code for this event is black tie optional. Men can wear a tuxedo or a suit and tie. Women can wear long formal dresses, but please refrain from wearing anything that is primarily white. Weather permitting, the ceremony and aperitivo (cocktail hour) will be held outdoors, so we recommend wearing shoes with a thicker heel. Feel free to reference this Pinterest board for inspiration!

Welcome drinks will be served upon arrival leading up to the ceremony. Following the ceremony, there will be an aperitivo (cocktail hour) with passed apps and an open bar. Dinner will consist of a 3 course seated meal followed by cake and a reception. During the reception, we will have an open bar and late night bites. Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.
